Location: Philadelphia, PA (with regional travel as needed)
Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Percentage of Profits


Position Overview

The Managing Partner will play a key sales and leadership role, overseeing operations, driving revenue, and helping scale the company. This individual will work closely with ownership and clients, manage warehouse operations, and lead business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily warehouse and logistics operations
  • Build and manage client relationships
  • Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities
  • Oversee staffing, safety, and compliance
  • Collaborate on strategic planning and budgeting
  • Monitor and improve operational efficiency
  • Report directly to ownership with KPIs and forecasts

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics management
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving growth
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage budgets and profitability
  • Familiarity with transportation, inventory systems, and safety protocols
